Developing my Attitude, Skills and Action

Anytime, anywhere, I tend to think about my thinking.
One of my thinking is about how to develop me a better person, so I can be a better father, husband in my family as well as how to be better teacher, better leader in my work. I found that through experiences, I learnt and gained so much tools how to make me a better person. From many readings, I agree that Attitude is the first priority for me to change. Following the attitude, would be the skills which I need to develop and improve all the times, whilst the most important from all is how to apply all as required: ACTION.

Below are my TARGET for this year in my work place to achieve:
Academic Excellent:
99% of our MYP students learning music subject are aware about the criteria assessed in their subject by March 2012. The criteria are: Knowledge and Understanding, Application, Reflection and Evaluation and Personal Engagement.


Student Development
70% of my Grade 10 MYP Music Students improve their reflection and evaluation criterion score by March 2012 and up to 90% will improve into above satisfactory level in May 2012.


Leadership Development

There is a significant progress on my staff's submission for school task such as: Score report card, Assessment planning and marking as well as other assignments.
